Aromatherapy Inside Your Mask


Wearing a mask sucks. Let's face it, it's the necessary evil that we all have to abide by hopefully not for too long. We wear it to protect ourselves and to protect others from Covid-19. The downside to wearing a mask is that it's hard to breath in a mask for a long period of time. Often times it's even easy to forget that we are even in a Pandemic especially when we see a lot of people that are not social distancing or wearing a mask.


Well... I say since wearing a mask is our new normal for now let's create a better experience by adding scents that will ease anxiety, stress, and help us relax a little better. The scent can be added to our mask with scent oils or with flowers.

Aromatherapy is the practice of enhaling scents via oils or flowers to improve our well-being according to Healthline. Below is a list of scents that can be added to your mask to assist in getting through the day.


For Anxiety:
